First home buyer exemptions in the Northern Territory
The NT's House & Land Package Exemption gives eligible first home buyers no duty at all on a new home or vacant land, with no price cap - but no concession on an established home. A $50,000 First Home Owner Grant, the largest in Australia, is also available with no price cap.
