Stefano looks after the client side of each loan: booking appointments, collecting and checking documents, chasing anything outstanding and letting clients know where their application is at each stage.
He stays a point of contact after settlement too, so clients always know who to call with a question about their loan paperwork or their next step with the team.

We can't recommend Dylan and his team at Stryve (shout-out Stefano) highly enough. We came to them with a fairly involved refinance request and expected it to be stressful. Instead, it was the exact opposite. Every step was explained clearly and concisely, with clean, easy-to-understand breakdowns and no confusing jargon. They consistently offered insights that helped my partner and I feel genuinely informed and confident in the decisions we were making. The team is awesome. Douglas and Dylan, are very thorough and are generous with their time to explore the best product that meets my needs and when they cover all the details, they follow through to the last details ensure the transaction is complete. Dylan and the team from Stryve are absolutely incredible. So grateful we have Dylan as our broker, he explains things very clearly, and has always been very reliable and dependable if we have ever had any questions - incredible customer service where you feel really taken care of, heard and supported. Stryve have their finger on the pulse when it comes to their knowledge of the current market and the lenders to go with.
