About Douglas Chan
A credit analyst's job is to read an application the way the lender will. Douglas reviews income, expenses, liabilities and the security property, checks them against each lender's policy and servicing, and flags anything that could slow an approval before the file is lodged.

They also managed to get us a very competitive rate. They responded to emails and phone calls immediately. We can't recommend Dylan and his team at Stryve (shout-out Stefano) highly enough. We came to them with a fairly involved refinance request and expected it to be stressful. Instead, it was the exact opposite. Every step was explained clearly and concisely, with clean, easy-to-understand breakdowns and no confusing jargon. They consistently offered insights that helped my partner and I feel genuinely informed and confident in the decisions we were making.
